SEASPRAY HEIGHTS

After a long time of experimenting with old, new and my own recipes, I have finally perfected my SEASPRAY HEIGHTS PRESERVES.

My family and I have about 40 mature fruit trees on our property along with a large vegetable garden. There is also a strawberry plot and a berry and rhubarb patch of many varieties all of which go into the making of my full flavoured jams and preserves.

About 95% of all product that goes into the making of my preservescomes from our property or excess fruits from our many friends in and around Seaspray.
